I love my new hair cut…Bessie cut my hair and it was such a wonderful experience she made sure she understood what i wanted and took the time to cut my hair. She did a dry cut then a wet one…I have extremely CURLY hair and I am so glad I was recommended to her. I called ahead and asked how much it would be for a quick trim for my pixie cut: their estimate was $25-30. The day of my appointment, my hairdresser Natalie was late showing up to work. We buzzed the sides and back and did way too quick of a trim on top, leaving my bangs far too long. I feel like she was maybe distracted? Afterward she charged me $35 plus a $5.25 minimum tip and I asked why so much when they estimated $25. She said they only do $25 for men – but my hair is buzzed! It’s shorter than most men’s! I explained this but she was unsympathetic. She also didn’t notice she was dumping hair all over my clothes and shoes during the service. So I went home and got cleaned up and fixed the cut myself instead of asking her to. Bad service, worse prices. I’ve only been there twice now but won’t be back again.

Look no further for eyelash extensions than with Mimi Caruso! Her work is an art. She has done my lashes for the past year and in that time, I’ve gotten countless compliments! I’ve also gone to Mimi for brow and Brazilian waxing. She always shapes my brows perfectly and checks in to make sure I like the shape. With Brazilians, she is as gentle and quick as she can be. Finally, her studio is a relaxing space and she is the sweetest person! I can’t recommend her services enough.
