Terrible service!!! Because of her two days ago we went to get out eyebrows done and she mad pulled both our eye lids ! It was worse than how it is now and if I didn’t put up my comment before was because I was mad. Screw her! I asked for facials and she ignored me and said she couldn’t help me , if I wanted to get a facial that I should go to the dermatologist and pay instead.

The lady had an attitude from the moment we walked in. And never before have I had anyone do my eyebrows so roughly. I went today and noticed my eyebrows were messed up when I got home. They didnt look bad when she showed me the mirror but once out in natural light the looked chopped up! One was thinner and the other eyebrow was over threaded. The owner is the one that did my eyebrows and I noticed she was watching tv and doing my eyebrows ! Not professional at all. Not going anymore . There was this pregnant lady that actually knew how to thread my eyebrows and she’s not there anymore .

Was my first time here was so sad I left with my eyebrows all messed up . one was super thin and the other nice and thick and I explained I only wanted them cleaned up . also one was father out then the other it had took me so long to get the thickness that I wanted and now I have to start all over . and to top it off she explains it was her first time . I did not get mad . I understood . but very sad
