I intend for this email to reach the owner. I had high hopes as a first time customer who had read about your salon and saw the great greenback feedback and so I booked myself an appointment for a cut and blow dry for October 30th. First I get a call stating my appointment needs to be switched to today, November the 6th for the same time of 10:30 am. I get to my appointment on time and am barely greeted before there is confusion to why I’m there at 10:30 etc etc. I sore show one of the women my rescheduled appointment which isn’t MY issue that there isn’t enough staff or that the person who rescheduled did it incorrectly. I spent money to get there and was told to come back at 1pm. This was shocking to me as though my time doesn’t matter.
