Every time I visit Monica’s on Main it’s nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff is warm, welcoming and very family oriented. Monica goes above and beyond for her staff and clients. I’ve never left there feeling hesitant about my new hair. Highly recommend!

Their staff was really rude to me when I came in. I’m convinced that the “good” reviews on here, were posted by the people that work there. If you’re going to be a hairstylist, learn to be kind to people because news flash, these are going to be your clients. There are other hair salons that do a much better job than them and are welcoming to their new customers. I don’t recommend going to this establishment. Save yourself from being judged/dismissed from these people and just go to another hair salon. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.

I went in to get a haircut and the one blonde lady was rude about it. It seemed like I was bothering her the moment I walked in. She told me “I don’t think any of us have time!” And she asked one of the ladies if they could fit me in but the other lady said she couldn’t because she had to work at another place. Then the same blonde lady with the same rude attitude told me, “yeah we don’t have any time” and flared her arms up while saying “sorry”. I wouldn’t recommend a place that has rude staff. Hopefully she doesn’t treat everyone else that was a walk-in, the same way she treated me.
