I was a little skeptical about my visit because they had to reschedule my appointment three times, but I’m happy I saw it through. I had a very positive experience. The front staff was very welcoming and engaging the entire time during my wait. Monica is very knowledgeable and gave a thorough assessment on my skin. I love healthcare professionals who give their clients a plan of action, instead of just giving them something to take, which has been my experience years prior with other dermatologists. For the 1st time, I am very hopeful that I’ll finally be able to achieve clear skin! I can’t recall the lady who provided my facial, but she was very sweet and did a great job! I will be back 🙂

If you want the best lashes, waxing, facials, or whatever your jam is, this is the place to be. I’ve been going here for about 3-4 years and have never been disappointed. The only time I was disappointed was during the pandemic because everything shut down! The staff is so friendly and professional. You will not be disappointed with their services. I have been to Mrs. Monica twice now and each time it gets better and better. The facials I get are so relaxing I sometimes fall asleep while laying there.
