Monica was very personable, she has a good energy to her, and her enthusiasm for her craft radiates out of her. She is very experienced in medical massage, and I enjoyed learning from her about how interconnected the body is. The vibe of the room was very relaxing, which included a dim room and enjoyable natural sounds. She really worked the sources of my discomfort and found areas of pain that I wasnt even aware I had. She took her time, and helped my body release a lot of stored up tension. I felt good when the massage ended, but It wasn’t until I came home that I started to notice a boost in my energy level and an increase in my awareness. I am definitely going to see her again soon.
