But it wasn’t until I began to work with Mondi 3yrs. ago that I realized she was the “only one” who really understood the importance of eyebrow shaping and it’s impact on your entire face. Upon my arrival at Mondi’s studio, my eyebrows had been severely thinned and I had a spot where there was no brow. To say I needed crisis intervention is an understatement. I arrive each time knowing I will be warmly welcomed and that my brows will be perfectly shaped for my face. As the daughter of immigrants, I am frugal and very selective as to how I spend my money. I color my hair myself. I pack my lunch from home, rather than buy it. I purchased my car used. Mondi is one of a small handful of “extravagances” that I would have no other way. That tweezer, under her deft fingertips, becomes a magic wand: my eyes look more lifted and restful, my face looks slimmer, and she brings a balanced proportion to my features no one else can. I’ve gone to her for over a dozen years now and will continue for as long as she’ll have me. When she hasn’t been available, I’ve visited other Best of Boston brow shapers, and it just isn’t the same. Now, I just wait until my next appointment – she’s so worth the wait! I have been getting my brows done for several years and for quite some time I was on the hunt of finding someone that I could really trust with my brows – and then one day I got lucky because I tried Mondi and she made my brows look absolutely fantastic! I have been going to her for a little over a year now and she is very consistent with how she shapes my brows. I have never walked out disappointed. Mondi is great at shaping brows as she really understands that certain shapes look better on different people. I have thick brows and for me she helps bring out my eyes without necessarily losing the thickness of my brow. Mondi is great at bringing out your brows’ natural shape but also understands that the shape of your brow needs to frame both your eye shape and your face. Mondi also takes a solid 30 minutes shaping your brows, which justifies the price, and gives you the option of whether you want her to shape with wax, tweezer, or some sort of combo between the two. It’s hard to find someone that gives your brows such undivided attention. If you are looking for a brow specialist with plenty of experience, Mondi is your girl!

Mondi has completely changed my brows for the better. I was a total over plucker for years and my brows were just a mess in the year leading up to my wedding. I went to her and she’s had me in “brow rehab” ever since. They looked great for my wedding and continue to grow in and keep looking better and better. I have been seeing Mondi for 10 years. She is actual magic. I still can’t find a steady hair stylist I like but I refuse to see anyone else but Mondi for my brows (and I had to go through several brow people before I found her). I am never leaving.
