I went to get a soak off from nails I didn’t like from another place.I had so wait about an hour but I was very satisfied with my nails. I believe the mother worked on my nails, she did an awesome job. Because of the wait I was going to be late picking up my daughter, so Mona painted one hand and the mom did the other. They’re both very sweet.

I got a pedicure. Was first one in the building. She started doing my feet then someone else came in and she stopped doing my feet to do someone else’s nails that she was telling them they were late for their appointment. I wanted gel polish on my toes and then I waited 25 more minutes until the guy came in to finish my toes. I said I bring my own polish and he said because it’s gel it’s gonna cost me $20 dollars more! no thank you! Just clear or no polish for me. I’ll paint them when I get home.

Terrible customer service, made an appointment and the day of appointment I get turned away after waiting for almost an hour due to scheduling conflict on their end. I refuse to be serviced by the husband because of three prior incidents where he did a horrible job on my pedicure to the point another worker had to start it over. Disappointed in this shop and their lack of timely communication.

This facility was the worst nail shop Ive ever been to. The owner (the father) did my pedicure and gel manicure. While he was nice, not only did he not do the spa pedicure I selected, he left an ample amount of dead skin that could have easily and clearly been taken off. Just really poor work. I could have done better at home. He kept leaving the area to do errands around the store and made my time at the facility longer for no reason. The gel maniure was incredibly sloppy with polish over my cuticles, not nice clear lines NOR, more importantly, did he finish even filing! I spoke up as I had had it at that point and he says “I can fix for you, or better here you take the file and keep up at home”. I couldnt believe it. Then at the end he says,” I can tell you dont like it, it’s okay it will be better next time”. (As if I’d ever go back) It is now 11pm and I got my nails done at 2pm and my Gel Manicure is peeling off on 2 nails!!! I have never written a Google review, and I respect those in customer service, however this was the most poor service Ive ever received. My nails and toes look terrible 55 dollars later. I DO NOT suggest this store for services. Sorry, but I hope this saves someone else their time.

I love Mona’s nail salon! They always do a great job my designs are always on point the girl does such a good job and has tried anything I’ve shown her and they always turn out good and look great and they are all always friendly definitely my favorite nail salon and I would definitely recommend them!

The man that does nails here is horrible, very sloppy job, he should not be preforming any services. Their prices change by the person, it’s always a different price, the wait time is tooooooooooo long and then to not be happy with your nails is a double slap. Wont be going back. Manicure, Pedicure

Called ahead to get an appointment, young lady told me they weren’t taking anymore appointments but they are taking walk ins. Cool. I arrive, pick a color as instructed and after a few minutes, was told to take a chair to soak my feet. No one asked if the temperature was okay, nada. 35 minutes and 6 women later, my toes are prunes in cold water so I took my feet out of the tub. After another 10-12 minutes, now cold I kindly put my sneakers back on and walked out. First and last time. Thanks.
