Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWorst nail salon you could ever imagine. Do not go here. They are terribly rude, they are very lazy, and they overcharge. I was charged 80$ for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure that came out looking like a 5 year old had done it. First and foremost, they charged me 15$ to take off my tips. However, they did not take my tips off the proper way. They damaged my skin by soaking all of my fingers in a bowl of acetone. And even after soaking them, they still had trouble taking them off. They were doing all the wrong things. It took them a half an hour to take my nails off at least, and it was the most painful, uncomfortable experience. Meanwhile if you just soak the nail with a cotton ball wrapped in tin foil, you can file them off easily, you won’t damage the skin and it won’t take as long. I have had many years experience with these type of nails. In addition, my nails immediately started chipping the same day even though it’s gel, and my nails were all uneven. They do not take all of the proper steps that they are supposed to take when giving a manicure. On top of this, the UV gel lights were not working properly and the owner who had done this job for me, showed clearly that she did not want to be there. I am absolutely disgusted. I have been to many nail salons throughout my life and never have I ever had a more uncomfortable, painful, unsettling experience.To the owner: I 100% disagree with your response. Number one, you were extremely rude to me. Two, you were lazy and showed no interest in working. Three, you charged me 80$ for a job that my 5 year old cousin could have done better. I did not appreciate your service and I certainly do not appreciate you ripping me off the awful job. Not only did the gel begin to come off the same day because you did one gel coat and no clear coat, but they were all uneven. You did not cut, you did not file or cut my cuticles even. You did the absolute barest of minimum. I was hesitant to even ask you to fix it because of how rude you were to begin with. Not only do you lack the skills needed to successfully complete the job but you lack customer service skills. As well as your technicians. All in all, you have no business to be charging people what you charge. I have a ton of connections and have already told my sources to stop giving you business. My grandmother was a loyal customer to you for many years, however she does not go there any longer now after my experience.
