When I arrived at the appointment she talked me through everything & gave me eyelashes that I exactly wanted. She even texted me a couple days later to see how I liked the lashes. Kaitlyn is an INCREDIBLE lash tech. I never really knew the difference between lash set types, so I didn’t know what to ask for, so when I explained what I’d like she listened and knew exactly what I wanted. The entire experience is so relaxing, she even had a cute pink blanket and a leg rest to get all cozy! But the most important part SHES QUICK. Coming from someone with ADHD, I literally cannot sit still for long periods of time without wanting to rip my skin off lmfao. But the process is always quick and easy, and the outcome is always perfection. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
