This hair studio was my go to for my last 4 hair looks until recently. I’ve had just terrible experiences with staff as they have continued to disrespect me and would not come to a compromise with me when I showed up 9 minutes late to my appointment. I wasn’t given a chance to explain myself, while EVERYONE in the studio looked at me with piercing eyes of hate, as if I’d never been there before and didn’t just have to deal with a terrible split up!

By far the best salon in Goleta! Easy parking, wonderful relaxing setting, amazing stylists and coffee and tea offered. Also you can get awesome product. Carol and Caroline both.are.amazing. Namcy has also been doing hair.for years and is.awesome! You can’t go wrong!

Positive: QualityMake sure you ask for roots during your consult. It’s not included by default when getting highlights and lowlights and if we had ignored it, the result would have been awful. My color came out OK and as expected, just not as dramatic as I wanted. The price I paid (about $250 total for lowlights and all over toning) means I can’t go more than once every few years, at most. I wish it were more budget friendly; that’s a car payment. Still, it did come out nice, so I’m grateful for that. Make sure you ask for roots during your consult. It’s not included by default when getting highlights and lowlights and if we had ignored it, the result would have been awful.
