Best get manicure I have had in IV. Owner really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. No one tried to talk me into a color, or a nail length/shape, or anything else that I didn’t want. Even without “bond” being used, nails are holding up (waited 5 days to post anything make sure). Short nails are great too!

I have lived in Incline for 2.5 years now and I always go to Monaco Nail Salon. The owner is very accommodating, kind and knowledgable about nail health. I learn something new about his techniques every time I go! The owner typically runs his shop solo so call ahead to make an appointment and be patient! I have yet to have a bad experience. (Pro Tip: The owner only cuts cuticles upon request. Instead of cutting, he uses different oils to make them healthy!)

Found myself in town and in need of new gel nails so I made an appointment with Edward (the owner). He did such a great job that a couple of weeks later I made another appointment. I am a fairly elderly woman, and I work long hours everyday. It will be a few years before I retire. On one of my days off, I thought of treating myself to a nice pedicure. I searched online for top-rated nail spas and came across this wonderful salon. I made an appointment for 3 pm and the nice young lady who picked up the phone was very polite and professional. I came in later and got a classic pedicure plus and it was fantastic! Edward massaged and cleaned up my feet VERY well. I left the salon walking like a young teenager again. Another time, I had an appointment with Roxy for a gel manicure. I had no idea it lasted a bit longer than a regular! You see, I don’t get my nails done very often and am very blessed to receive good service from Monaco Nail Spa every time I visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and hardworking! I definitely recommend this salon! And more fantastic news, they’re now open on Sundays!

Nice and clean salon but My gel manicure was too thick and peeled off in a week. I think the man manicurist was in a rush and should be more careful . My gel manicure and pedicure was 100.00 and I was there one hour. I think I would go back if they slowed down and tried a little harder to do a quality job for this price

The worst customer service ever! I would highly recommend to run from this place. 1) it took them three hours to service four manicure/pedicures (they did not tell us they were short staffed when we booked) 2) awful quality of gel/acrylic manicure/pedicure. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI live in Incline Village and I am extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner argued with a lady over the phone over the price for a service for an hour while I was receiving a pedicure and manicure. I am not a diva. I tip well and the lady who did my service rushed me because I had a question about the menu price. She changed her tune a little once I told her I was a regular but it totally defeats the principle. They don’t have a functional website that shows updated prices, this could easily fix their problem. When the owner asked how my service was, I was honest with him. I was very disappointed and he didn’t even offer anything as a sorry in the end. Also, the lady cut my nail cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I paid $65 for a basic manicure and basic pedicure. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. I have been coming here for 4 years and the owner argued with a lady over the phone over the price for a service for an hour while I was receiving a pedicure and manicure. I am not a diva. This new nail salon was wonderful. The salon is attractively furnished, clean, well laid out and the chairs are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, appreciative of their customers and offered me a hot drink on a cold, wet and rainy day. My toe polish change and acrylic fill were done in a professional manner and both my toes and nails look great. The special glitter waterfall effect on my nails is beautiful and stylish. I will definitely be a return customer here!
