The person doing my manicure files the nail beds so much one of them she went down to the skin and it bled! Then she said thin nails. They weren’t thin until she kept filing them. Best Nail Salon experience ever. I rarely get my nails done, until this past September when I decided to get a mani pedi at Monaco Hair and Nails and was incredibly impressed with the customer service and specialty in nail designs! I’ve been here 3 different times with 3 different techs and each one has done a fabulous job on my manicure and pedicure. Would highly recommend them to a friend or family member. I don’t mind paying a bit more for good quality work. Also, the salon is very clean and upscale looking. I feel very fancy and relaxed when I am there.

The salon is clean and in excellent condition. The cost does not match the level of service. I asked for square shaped nails/fill, and the manicurist DID NOT LISTEN. I hate the outcome and it was VERY EXPENSIVE.
