I tried to purchase a massage package for my girlfriend. I stood in the waiting room for over 15 minutes and listened to a woman’s conversation with the hair stylist. The phone rang twice and went to voicemail at the unoccupied front desk. I was not told someone would be with me shortly and when I made eye contact with the hair stylist I wasn’t even acknowledged. I was so disappointed with my experience here. I have been trying to find a new hair stylist due to mine retiring. So I tried this place. I felt very awkward there the whole time. I walked in and got no greeting from anyone. Not even the gentlemen doing the lady’s hair close by. Finally after 5 mins he asked if I had an appointment. He said she would be here in a bit. I was on time for my appointment but the lady doing my hair didn’t pull in till 5 mins after my set appointment. She never spoke that much to me. I sat down told her what I wanted and that was the last conversation we had for the whole haircut. I read reviews before I went, to see what others were saying about the place. Back in 2015 I think it was someone made a comment about the lady working there poking and scratching her with her long nails. I figured oh that was a long time ago surely that won’t be the case. Nope!! I was wrong. She kept poking me with her sharp nails in the back of the ear and was rough. It hurt!!. she talked to the guy working on someone else more then she ever talked or even looked at me. I left with a bad experience and bad haircut! I hated my hair, she cut it way shorter then I wanted it and my hair grows slow so even though this was a couple months ago my hair is still shorter then I have ever had it. It’s just now going past my shoulders. So maybe their massages or other stuff they do there is good and maybe some people like what she does to their hair but I will not go back to this place but you make you own decision on the matter…. Styling station just a minute down the road is 100x better!!!!

We went for manicures (not nail tips) for my daughter’s birthday in February. The ladies were nice, the arm/hand massage felt great. We both enjoyed the mother daughter time.

My hair cutting experience started with a shampoo and conditioning that was the Tresme brand like you get from any typical store. Than the lady who cut my hair had her child running around the salon not giving the cut her full attention. She did not section off my hair to cut it like most stylist are not taught to do. She started cutting into it. I now have a very horribly choppy hair cut, with horrible different chopped pieces missing out of my hair and an uneven amount of hair on either side of my face. I do not recommend going to this place ever to anyone.

Even though the site says they open at 9, my appointment was schedule at 10am. I arrived at the salon at 9:50am, to find the place still closed. The lady that was to cut/color my hair did not arrive until 9:55am and walked right past me with no acknowledgment. We followed her inside and waited 5 minutes for her to check the voicemails before being acknowledged. I received a gift certificate for Christmas, so I advised the lady I was there for the cut and color I had scheduled a few days prior. When discussing what I wanted, she told me that because my hair was so dark, what I wanted would not be achieved at this appointment, but that she could do an ombré on my hair instead as kind of the first step. I advised that that would be fine. During the process, she got bleach on the back of my shirt, which I was not told about until she was shampooing my hair. She advised it was very little, but did offer to repay me for it. I advised her it was an inexpensive shirt and if it was just a small amount, I was not worried about it. Once home, I realized it was significantly more than a small dot, it was almost 1/3 of my shirt. Now for the color and cut, both turned out absolutely horrible. The color was blotchy (you can see patches of my previous dark brown where there should be blonde) and the cut is not layered properly at all. As well, instead of a brown to blonde ombré, I received brown to ORANGE. I also had my 6 week old son with me in his stroller sleeping and my 4 year old daughter as well for a hair cut and nail painting (princess package they called it). The girl that was assisting my daughter was EXTREMELY rude the entire time, snipping at my daughter to hold still and losing her temper when she was attempting to talk to everyone because she was so excited. As well, she had her 1.5 year old daughter with her, which kept some, but frankly not enough of her attention, as the child kept attempting to CLIMB onto and on top of my son. There was also a gentleman working at the time and in the middle of trimming another gentleman’s hair, received a personal call to his cell phone, which he IMMEDIATELY answered and then proceeded to STOP cutting his client’s hair and sat in the chair next to his booth to talk on the phone! All in all, it was a very horrible experience and a very unprofessional place.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while. I have recently located and still drive an hour and twenty minutes to have Rhonda do my hair. Wonderful, warm experience. The shampooing and hair styling is so relaxing. I definatley recommend anyone to come to this salon and enjoy the experience!

My friend, and my father in law’s lady friend and I had a great time. The men in our lives hooked us up with a massage, manicure, facial and we all got our eyebrows waxed too. They were all set to go, we even had juice and treats. So relaxing!

Fyi in there for over six hours! When I finally got mad and said I’m going to another salon! If you go here plan on all day, and looking like a freak when you leave! I looked like rainbow brite! Horrible experience! I left in tears. I had to go to another salon and all in with service, products, treatments needed, and cuts it will end up costing over $200! Unbelievable! Never go here for anything!

The one lady there that I go to is the only one that can actually cut and thin out my hair and so the style I want. Been to several other salons in the area. And she is one of the only ones that I let touch my hair.
