Love my nails! They were busy when I walked in. They said they could squeeze me in. I did have to wait a while, but the manager was very nice and attentive. She kept checking in on me and offered complimentary drinks.

The service is not terrible but it is not a relaxing experience. The owner is very opinionated. She is the only nail tech and the wait can be long. My 10 year old niece was wearing a bathing suit that looked like a gymnastics outfit and the owner asked her to sit down because of what she was wearing. Saying that their were men and women in the salon. The only man was her husband.

I went here for a pedicure and brow wax mid week, mid morning. There were 2 others getting services done when I walked in. I was seated right away and was offered water,coffee and tea. Very friendly staff! Both owners engaged in conversation and made recommendations noting that I was pregnant . They offered gentleman haircuts as well and I sent my son and husband over a couple weeks later. Happy with both my pedi and eyebrows.

This place has bad customer service! I walk in to the owner staring me down and eventually says “Hi sign in” then tells me to go sit down once I have sat down there is only her and another worker doing nails. Mind you he sits me down next to someone’s dirty foot water and a towel with nail clippings on it!!! Tells me give him 10 mins and goes to do someone’s nails! I sat there after 20 minutes and decided to leave then when I walk out the owner says sorry! Didn’t even ask if I wanted to make an appointment or anything! Hell they are worse than the last owner why have me sit down if you were t going to service me completely

Great place – clean, beautiful atmosphere – both times I have gone, my nail tech did a great job on my nails – very neat edges, uniform across the nail bed. Tan was my nail tech the first time (the pink nails), someone else did them the second time – the red nails (didn’t get his name). Even after a few weeks they still look fantastic. I’ve bumped/knocked them against things and got some caught in a wire crate, but no damage was done – they hold up fabulously. The nail techs do not rush – they take their time and file my nails evenly. Once they even repaired one that was broken by adding a tip (I fully expected to be charged for the repair, but I wasn’t).

Me and my friend got there at 12:55 and didn’t leave out until 4:10, when we first came in the lady said we would have to wait until 1:30 which was fine that wasn’t long but then when I finally got In the seat to get my pedicure he didn’t start until like 20 minutes later he was running around assisting everyone else, he half way did my feet he only did the massage and the scrub, 30 minutes go past I’m still waiting for my feet to be cut down, and painted. So another lady came over to paint my toes which she was directed by her manager, and I told her he didn’t shape or cut down so she did so. After all that was done I looked at my toes the polish was everywhere a little on a couple of toes and this piece was stuck in the nail polish on my toes so the manger had to file it down. Overall I wouldn’t go there again.
