I have to counter the review stating things were rushed; I have been seeing Natalie for 25 years and I have NEVER felt rushed. She takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the service and creates a serene, comfortable space for you to enjoy the pampering. Critical: QualityHighlighting bleach was not left on long enough on the back darker hair so ended up being gold and “brassy”. Since these were the last foils done and on the darkest part of my hair, they should have been left on the longest. I’ve had hairdressers test several different foils and remove the front first leaving the back on longer. My haircut was a straight blunt haircut with no layers, which is what I asked for but took ten minutes and was $65 which is the same amount as for a haircut that would be more involved. Then instead of blow drying my hair. She had me turn upside down and blew it dry with the hairdryer, which is what I do at home. I thought the cut would include a normal blow dry. Everything was rushed. Maybe since they only had one sink and two operators she couldn’t spend the time on my foils and let me sit at the sink while she took them off properly in the proper timing. The whole thing costs $205.00 including the $20 tip. I didn’t see the brassy highlights until I got home.
