I got my nails done Saturday night. The staff working there is very nice, however the quality of the products that they use is terrible. Within two days the topcoat on my dip powder started cracking and than chipping off. I will not be going back to this place. I did feel that the lady who did my nails was rushing. The cherry on top was my cuticles. My ring finger started bleeding when when she was cutting them. Anyways check out the cuticles and the quality of my nails just TWO days after getting them done.

I went to get a powder dip manicure with two others. The person that did my nails first did not pay attention to the shoe I wanted my nails to be so she filed my nails down way too much and then she tried to fix them. She was pulling at my hands so hard and that she was hurting me and I had to complain and asked her if she was upset. She then of course did such a bad job. She left my nails different lengths and they are really thick. I paid $75 because I wanted the French tip and they are uneven. I’m beyond disappointed and upset. I would give it 0 stars but I can’t right now. I wish I could get my nails redone. So upset and sad that I am stuck with this for weeks.

I had to go over my pedicure with an over coat because after inspecting the nail tech missed the sides and the area near the cuticle. The whole hovering to get their tips while you wait for your nails to dry are a turn off. I always too when I’m about to leave but for her to just stare me down was unnecessary.

There are two nail places in Springfield mall. This is the better one from my experience. Very clean. They line the pedicure tub with a new special bag for every customer. They use hot wax treatment for manicures and pedicures at no extra charge. Service is friendly and thorough. You get peppermint patties when you pay!! Must tip is cash. Free Wi-Fi!

I decided to take a chance on Mon Cheri when my regular manicurist from another salon was out of town for a few weeks. Upon arrival, I noticed that the place was small and felt a bit cramped. The lighting was dim but it seemed to be a part of the overall ambience. The place could use some sprucing up. When I was seated at my pedicure chair, I noticed quite a bit of dripping and staining on several of the pedicure stations that I was seated near. That said, I received stellar service from my manicurist, Vivian. She was attentive and did an excellent job on my feet and hands. In fact, she had my fingernails looking better than my regular manicurist! Needless to say I would rate Vivian a 10 and the shop a 5 because it could really use a good cleaning.
