Thanks for reminding me why I stopped going…$100 and 4 days later this is what I’m left with. So now I’m on vacation with a messed up manicure ♀️

Very much recommends this place. They are very patient and detailed. They are my top pick on Staten Island. I also got the fresh aloe foot massage. Loved it. They have others but i know the benifits of aloe. It was a treat!

Critical: Value$38 for a basic pedicure is not acceptable. The woman did a good job though. At that price, I won’t be going back again.Service: Pedicure

Today was my 2nd visit at this salon. My friend recommended me to this salon so I didn’t look at the prices because generally gel manicures and regular pedicures average around the same price. My first experience I had a great pedicure and gel manicure however somehow my total came out $65.. okay the gel manicure was $32 and pedicure was $30 and I paid cash so where the extra $3 came from I don’t know. Plus, keep in mind you have to tip them so my total came out to $75. A little overpriced but they were good so okay. Today I made an appointment for just a gel manicure because it was too late for a pedicure. After I waited for 30 min because they were running behind.. the woman had the audacity to say “you’re nails are long so it’s $5 more” … You can barely see my nails past my fingertips.. I said “my nails are not long? What are you talking about?” So she did my nails and at the end they still somehow added on $3 and I paid cash again… It is not the principle of the $3 it’s how greedy they are. They are overpriced to begin with then they try to add on any little thing. I don’t see the place being open for much longer to be honest. Unfortunate, if they knew how to be kind and not greedy.

Critical: Quality, ValueWanted to soak off my acrylic and do gel extensions for a natural look. They advised me it would be $85 so I agreed to it. I also got a pedicure. Pedicure came out good but the way extensions were done were so careless.. base application was messy and it was on my skin.. long story short the second I left a bought a nail file and reshaped them. Was not worth it and I will never be returning.Service: PedicureWanted to soak off my acrylic and do gel extensions for a natural look. They advised me it would be $85 so I agreed to it. I have never in my life had such a disgustingly rude experience at a nail salon. I walked in, it was not busy at all. As how much to take off my gel polish. The woman said $10.00, she then turned to another woman in the salon started speaking in their language. The 2nd woman said $17.00 as she waved her hand at me dismissively. Do not bring your business there.

I never had a problem prior to today however I noticed that being I only came in for refill which was supposed to be $30 I was charged an additional $5 because she said my nails were long. Being $35 is the same price as a full set I asked her why there was a difference she screamed at me and yelled at me and embarrassed me with no hesitation. It did not have to escalate she could have simply explained however i fee because i was a young black woman she wanted to embarrass me. The last time I went I spent $135, there was no problem.Obviously, they will add on services if they don’t feel you paid enough I will never go back after how I was treated today! I was so upset and didn’t deserve that at all!

I have been coming here for YEARS — on and off about 20 years — and their quality has gotten progressively worse. Their location is super convenient so I keep giving them chances but I am truly done. They are overpriced, they are rude, their methods are outdated, and they do not listen to you when you ask them to change something. I have had gel manicure after gel manicure that is misshapen, too thick, and so poorly done that it peels off in less than a week. When you tell them that your nail is misshapen or too thick, they ignore you or tell you that it’s fine the way it is. They are at the higher end of the price spectrum for nail salons on Staten Island, and considering they’ve been in business FOREVER with little to no staff changes, you would think they would be seasoned and skilled nail technicians. NOPE. They ripped my LCN off with a Metrocard (major red flag) after trying to soak off the LCN for over an hour. For an hour I told them that the acetone was burning my fingers, but they continued taking other clients while I sat there soaking. Only after I caused a scene did someone come check on my burning fingertips. By the way — you can’t soak LCN off without drilling it first, which I told them and they didn’t listen. They are the professionals, I shouldn’t have to tell them how to remove LCN. I don’t know how they’ve been in business so long, but you are better off going to a modern salon that is reasonably priced.

Wish I could give no stars. I have been trying to find a nail salon by me since I recently just moved to Staten Island. I came here and less than a day later, my nail came off (I got acrylic tips). I came back the next day and they fixed it. I found out I was overcharged for them and I asked for my money back since there was no sign posted for no refunds. They refused and proceeded to say very rude things to me. I will never come back here again.
