Decided to try this place over my usual place because it’s closer. Seemed ok, clean, timely, etc. Then they charge $45 for dip powder mani, I pay $38 at my usual place, they charge $40 + $5 to remove the old polish, most places don’t charge for that. Had my nails done 2 days ago and half have already chipped so I’m very dissatisfied and won’t be back.

Acrylic nails fell off less than a week after having them done. Went to have it repaired, some fell off again, within 5 days. Not to mention they charged for the repairs. Overly priced. Never going back Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismWent there with my client for a service advertised on the window (acrylic nails) they were rude toned with visible attitude in body language & refused service essentially because she is disabled in a wheelchair. I didn’t realize that mobility difficulties mean you aren’t worthy of pretty nails…. false advertising at it’s best, discrimination against disabled persons at it’s worst. Went there with my client for a service advertised on the window (acrylic nails) they were rude toned with visible attitude in body language & refused service essentially because she is disabled in a wheelchair. The facility is very nice as well as the staff but unfortunately I was not happy with the end result. She filed into my flesh and made me bleed on 3 fingers. Also, she filed way to low on my nail bed and it burned me on about half of my nails. Disappointed. Won’t visit again.

Didnt have good experience with pedi. The polish wasnt even across the nail. Waited for toes to dry…was told they were….drove home and took off sox and realized polish was smudged. After thinking about it…they must have air dry no uv. That takes forever to dry…they should have had me walk out in the flip flops provided. If they fix those issues, I may go back. Called for mgr. After I went home. Hopefully they redo my polish with better coats and better dry time.
