MOLINA’S NAILS

Critical: Quality, ValueHad an appointment for 2 pedi’s and a manicure and full set. Told them my daughters were coming and wanted their nails painted as well. (They were exceptionally sweet to them I might add and nice to us as well) Unfortunately, we felt rushed, my coffin nails are all uneven, I was cut pretty badly with a Dremel, and the overall quality is lackluster. Plus it came with a hefty price, so I’m not super excited about that. Had an appointment for 2 pedi’s and a manicure and full set. Told them my daughters were coming and wanted their nails painted as well. (They were exceptionally sweet to them I might add and nice to us as well) Unfortunately, we felt rushed, my coffin nails are all uneven, I was cut pretty badly with a Dremel, and the overall quality is lackluster. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was excited to have a last minute appointment on 9/11/21. I arrived at the 1:30 appointment and waited until 2 to start my manicure. Understandable since they were busy, but I was disappointed from then on. After cleaning and soaking my fingers I was moved to the pedicure chair where a technician rushingly moved between myself and another customer. I sat with a shellac light on my lap as she came over and painted a coat and told me to switch hands under the light in between doing another woman’s toes. I was surprised they were taking new customers as they came in instead of completing one person. They were very nice, but I wish I had waited to get into my usual salon. I was excited to have a last minute appointment on 9/11/21. I arrived at the 1:30 appointment and waited until 2 to start my manicure. Understandable since they were busy, but I was disappointed from then on.
