I have an ice pick scar that’s expected to be healed after 3-4 sessions so here’s a before picture.1. Parking: The place is located in a nice area with lots of nearby stores so parking is not a problem.2. Place: Nice and clean! Very aesthetic, minimalist, and has that luxurious vibe. Even their restroom is clean and you can take a nice selfie in there cause they have a nice mirror with plants which is totally my style. They also have a plexiglass on the reception area :)3. COVID-19: My temperature was checked as soon as I got there. Everyone was wearing a mask and for extra precaution, the esthetician wore face shield too throughout the entire treatment. Sanitizers are available everywhere + restroom is equipped with everything so you can wash your hands too.4. Microneedling treatment: I was shown before and after pictures of their clients before. The results were promising so I was not worried at all. She started off with cleaning my face, proceeded to facial, and then applied the numbing cream before doing the treatment. I was scared but surprisingly it did NOT hurt. She was very gentle on my face and I kept asking questions and they were nice enough to answer and explain the whole process.I was given the post treatment instructions and how I need to come back after a week for a follow up check/facial.4. Payment: They accept Apple Pay/Cash/Card.Overall I enjoyed my visit! Just got my microneedling treatment done here today. I have an ice pick scar that’s expected to be healed after 3-4 sessions so here’s a before picture.

Critical: QualityI ordered my Groupon 2 weeks before second lock down . Nevertheless they said they were busy but still made a Groupon for two week in advance. Sent me numerous emails from of questioners saying if I was well and I responded. Only for the day before the appointment to tell me they couldn’t issue me a refund and said they also couldn’t do my facial till February of 2021 due to second lock down, I asked numerous times to get a refund and they explained they weren’t making money off the coupon and that they couldn’t issue it. I ordered my Groupon 2 weeks before second lock down . Nevertheless they said they were busy but still made a Groupon for two week in advance. Sent me numerous emails from of questioners saying if I was well and I responded.
