Nighjael and SJ are great! As soon as I walked in I was checked in and offered something to drink. My hair turned out amazing! I am so in love with my new look and everything turned out exactly how i wanted. There was nothing boring about waiting because we were having great conversations while we were waiting for my hair to process. I highly recommend this salon. I will be coming back ♥️

I was a little surprised and actually offended by a previous review that was put on here. I understand everyone has their own experiences but to blatently post a negative review and then repost after an attempt was made to fix it was uncalled for. I have never been to an establishment that prides itself on its attempts and in my opinion success of inclusivity of everyone. I have never received anything but amazing service from any of the artists, not stylists but artists, that work here. I can not and will not in good conscience allow this salon to be verbally assaulted by a one time patron, while myself as well as so many others have repeatedly used this establishment since opening day and before . Dakota and Christian, as well as your entire staff..YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND APPRECIATED AND LOVED! Thank you for all you do and are!

Not a queer friendly as they claim. Had to get my hair cut twice because I wasn’t happy with the masculine cut I got the first time- when I went back to get it fixed the hairdresser misgendered me right before I left and completely glossed over it and didn’t apologize. And she said something very specific about my hair and I think of it every time I look in the mirror, it was incredibly hurtful.

I reached out to Chad (a MODO hairstylist) via Instagram with the hair dream of a teal under layer. Having naturally black hair the idea of trusting anyone to bleach my hair has always been anxiety inducing. However, my entire outlook on what my hair color could be completely changed after my appointment with Chad. Not only was booking my appointment super easy, the entire session was amazing!! I have never felt more comfortable in a salon space and felt so genuinely cared for then by Chad. He attentively answered all of my questions about the process and was so knowledgeable. Chad went above and beyond! Over a month later and my color is STILL there and looks awesome!! I honestly didn’t expect the color to hold so well!! I will be returning to MODO, and Chad for all my future coloring needs. If you’re curious about MODO, take the leap and book your appointment already!! They are the best in town.
