Let me just start with ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I am beyond grateful for the new look I received from Michelle. She has gone above and beyond to transform my hair to what I thought I could never achieve, from the cut to the color it amazes me. I have been there a few times with Michelle and loved everytime I have gotten my hair done along with my 2 daughters hair. Unbelievable work! You truly are fantastic Michelle! Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve decided to post my review because I felt It was needed… So others are aware of the services provided here! The first picture is what I got the first time I went to the salon, the 2nd picture is what I got the 2nd time I went to the salon & the 3rd picture is what I wanted.I had an ombré already, All was to be done was an ombré touch up & a balayage! I got neither! So instead I left with silver & blue. My hair is now damage & breaking…. The pictures are not close to what my hair actually looks like! Those were pics taken in the salon lighting. I have blue & silver even in my bangs the first thing my Fiancé seen! He said wait is your hair blue? He thought he was crazy! Imagine how I felt! Embarrassed After the service I paid for. I didn’t think was done right I spoke to the salon / Michelle & had an argument over this which was NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! Saying she did nothing wrong.. Are you kidding me? Anyways now I have damaged hair, blue bangs/ silver hair, & Had to pay more $ for a certain shampoo on top on that I have a new hair appointment at a NEW SALON who will fix this horrible hair I now have SPENDING MORE MONEY!!!!! I absolutely love this salon and I’m very fond of Michelle, who I also believe is the owner. Its decorated very nice, its always clean, and she keeps me entertained while she cuts my hair. Typically I show her a picture of what idea I saw that I like or want to try, and she seamlessly produces almost an identical replica each time. I highly recommend this salon, I think any sort of style or look you could want she and her team can recreate with ease. Thank you Michelle!!!!!

She has helped me get to a place where my facials are more regular and focusing on what my needs are at that moment.
