I had a wonderful experience. My first time visiting was yesterday. I have been to multiple salons in the area and this has been my best experience so far. Selena did a wonderful job on my pedicure, eyelash extensions and waxing my eyebrows. Hannah did absolutely amazing on my nails. Very experienced and patient. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations!

If you value your time, DO NOT visit this location. The moment my husband and I entered this nail salon at 11:00 a.m., we were seated for our pedicures. After about 15-minute wait, my husband’s service began, whereas I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. I also had to request additional hot water because my water is now completely cold. My husband’s pedicure was COMPLETE, while mine had not yet begun. It wasn’t until my husband inquired as to the cause of the delay before my service was initiated. In the meantime, services were being rendered to customers who arrived after us. There must be a better method for identifying customer wait times. However, this establishment normally doesn’t take over an hour to service their customers.

I did not have a positive experience with this salon. I had a nail tech who was very friendly but didn’t seem like they were all that experienced. I sat there like a trooper though but I was not satisfied with a couple of my nails and asked if it could be fixed. I had a woman that was staring me down and just kept staring at me while I was getting my nails corrected. I’m assuming she was another worker but I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I made it my duty to never go back.

Had an appointment. This wasn’t honored because I waited almost an hour. When asked why The receptionist said Nothing. I called back and I was told that they were busy and that is why my appointment wasn’t kept. Someone came in 10 min. late and was started on immediately. I will never go back and I was a regular customer. NEVER AGAIN. POOR PROFESSIONALISM!
