Edit: my last lip filler was uneven at the bottom, and living with social anxiety I dread calling places and complaining. So I emailed them and showed them a picture of my lips and they said somebody would get back to me. Nobody ever did so yesterday I called and she was basically telling me the last time I got my lip filler was a few months ago and, making me feel very stupid, and why am I calling, I waited too long. I told her I’m not trying to get anything for free, I just wanted to get them fixed. I assume she thought I wanted free injections or something, she came off kind of rude. I just hate calling people on the phone and having to deal with confrontation on this sort of thing so that’s why I emailed in the beginning. And I knew the phone call was going to go like this. My first couple lip injections I loved, the last one. I noticed the bottom was uneven. Not sure when it happened. But my injector noticed it too and tried to fix it. I waited, because I thought maybe it would go down or something, and I just didn’t want to complain. I’m not that type of person. But she treated me like I was this person calling for free stuff and I’ve given them so much money already, cash money!! Not payments!!! so yes, I do have another appointment to get them fixed, which I’m paying for myself!! The point of my edit was the receptionist should not be treating people this way! People can feel your negative energy, do better!

I schedule an appointment with my regular nurse Nicole who has always done a very professional job. She was not in so they asked me if I would like to try the nurse practitioner who is also I guess the Director. I said OK. Big mistake Nicole was trained to do professional Botox this woman was not I had her do my whole face just as Nicole did well she was trying so hard to be very fast the new 10 to 15 minute appointment regiment that she slammed so much Botox in my cheek that my mouth now droops I look as if I had a stroke!!!! Don’t go here.
