If you a guy who likes the occasional pedicure skip this place. I’ve gotten a lot better service at other salons in the phoenix area for less money. She told me I couldn’t get the first option it had to be option 2 or 3. She spent 5 minutes of my feet another 10 for a massage and thats it. I paid $48 including a tip. I regret giving her 20% didn’t even have to do a full pedicure.

I will never come back here unless I literally have no other option and Michael is the one available. Manager clearly doesn’t know anything about customer service. I will now go out of my way to drive somewhere else. It’s useless making appointments. Every single time I make one they always start me 20+ mins late. What is the point of accepting appointments if you’re always going to start late? There was one girl in the back on her phone doing nothing. I wonder why she wasn’t available to take a customer? The other lady who finished 7 mins after I showed up clearly saw I was next and heard when I said I had an appointment. She took her sweet sweet time clearing her area. After doing so she stood watching another nail technician do someone’s nails. At this point 15 mins had already passed. Multiple workers including the manager saw how I was getting impatient (again, this happens every time I come here and I only come here bc it’s close) and no one said anything even after making eye contact with me several times. Only after 17 mins passed did the manager say someone will be with me. Lady who took her sweet time finally attended me after clearly avoiding me the whole time. In the end, she was available to help me first yet it took 23 mins for some other lady who finished last to help me despite me having an appointment. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The place is nice and not busy. That said, after I requested the classic $30. Pedicure she persisted to get me to purchase extras, having said no, she was done in 15 minutes…as if she had more to do than sit with the other 4! barely touched cuticles, squirted oil on my legs, a little polish and done! Let’s do the math….15 minutes at $ 30 = 120/hr.

Informative, professional, and honest. I came here with no appointment not knowing exactly what I wanted. The man running the front counter at the time made sure to explain all of the different nail treatments and why he thought one would be better for me- It was the less expensive option too, hence the honesty. He wanted to make sure I was very happy with my experience and that I left with exactly what I imagined, and I did. On top of all this, I noticed a lot of other customers coming in without appointments as well during my treatment, and he made sure to cater to every one without making me feel rushed. Thank you!

The owner at this salon is very rude. I went there one time to get a pedicure and no one acknowledged me. They didn’t look up or say Hi or anything so I walked out. I told myself I would never go there again. A few years later, I thought I would try them again out of convenience to Fry’s. The owner acknowledged me this time and when I asked how long for a pedicure because I was on a schedule, she wouldn’t answer me and I asked a few times. She just kept saying pick a color. So finally I walked out again. Nail salons are a dime a dozen so I drove down the street to another one where I was treated better.

Well the lady that did my nails got acrylic all over the side on my finger and my cuticle. I didn’t really realize it because it wasn’t super noticeable. Well I had water under my nails so i knew they were lifting and I removed them. I’ve never had a problem doing that and it never hurt like this. It felt like I was pulling a tooth. Very disappointed. I love this place very much and never had a bad experience. Well the lady that did my nails got acrylic all over the side on my finger and my cuticle. I didn’t really realize it because it wasn’t super noticeable. Well I had water under my nails so i knew they were lifting and I removed them. Critical: ProfessionalismWe recently moved to a home near this salon. I thought I would give it a try as my old nail salon is 10 miles away. First time I went, they did an ok job for a $48 pedicure plus tip. The salon by my old house charges $38 for same service. So today, I went again for another pedicure. As I was about to check out I overheard another customer asking for their punch card to be stamped. I paid $48 plus $7tip total $55. I asked the lady who ran my credit card for a punch card, she was looking very confused. Then i spot a business card with punch card on the back. I pick up the punch card and I point to it. She turns to another near by woman, that woman steps over and informs me that “the punch card is for Zelle paying customers.” Let me remind you that there is no sign indicating that the punch card applies to Zelle customers only. I feel that this is tax evasion, unethical -from running a business perspective, and its customer discrimination. They give you one price over the phone and then start adding stuff once you sit down. It literally became double. She was super rude at one point because I just couldn’t understand what she was saying. When you have to say “huh?” Three times the person should speak a little slower and clearer. Then she was in shock that I didn’t tip as much as she thought I should. I am not used to being challenged on my tipping.

Danielle is a wonderful technician and she runs a beautiful store. The shape of my nails are absolutely perfect. Usually when I get powder dip, my nails feel too round and bulky. I am in love with this salon. I have been here twice now and I have been extremely impressed both times. Danielle is a wonderful technician and she runs a beautiful store. The shape of my nails are absolutely perfect. Usually when I get powder dip, my nails feel too round and bulky. Lynn and Danielle both gave my nails the exact shape I asked for.
