First off, the office is beautiful and the staff is amazing! I had my New Patient Injection Consultation for Lip fillers/BOTOX with Allison and she is OUTSTANDING! This was my first time getting lip fillers and was recommended from a friend to go see Allison. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’ve been coming to Allison for years for injections (fillers only-under eye and lips) and her gorgeous new office is something out of Beverly Hills. I needed another round of fillers after a 2 year hiatus, and Allison wasn’t available for the appointment time I needed. I then went to her lead nurse injector, Olivia, and I was beyond ecstatic with my results. Not only can I trust the owner, Allison, but her staff-lead nurse Olivia-was just as talented as she is! It’s so calming knowing you can get the absolute best level service with every single person in the office at Moderne Medical. Just switched to Moderne Medical after my doctor retired this summer. I love visiting Moderne! From the easy-to-use booking tech, the helpful website of resources, and reminders – they make self-care so accessible. But they don’t have to nudge me to get in the door. The team is as friendly and cheerful as they are skilled and polished. And I actually look forward to chilling in their sleek, comfy lounge but they never keep me waiting. I’m going to have to show up earlier to my appointments just so I can soak up the stylish vibes. It just feels awesome to visit. When I share my perspective and needs, I feel heard and respected. More importantly, in fact, they don’t push services or over-treatment which was my greatest fear. The Moderne Medical approach was exactly right and won my loyalty. This is now my 4th time driving 3.5 hours to this office to see Allison and her team, and Im always reminded why I continue to drive this distance to see them. The service and care here is impecible. Allison is always so incredibly friendly and happy to see me, listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan to achieve the goals I am looking for. My under eye filler looks amazing, and I only trust her with it. Olivia did my lip filler on a previous appointment, and they still look amazing 5 months later.
