Critical: Punctualityi made a 7:30AM appointment 3 weeks in advance for my hair i show up today at 7:30 to see that this establishment was closed. I was told to confirm the appointment the day before i called and no one picked up. i am very disappointed I ended up staying there for 2 hours waiting for someone to show up

They do good hair . But dont your nails done there . The nail tech did not listen to my instructions and there was a picture for her to follow. All I wanted was a short coffin shape solid color with no design. I believe she wasn’t able to do it right bc of the language barrier. Also when I came in there was only one person there to do hair . And she was getting her nails don’t by the nail tech. I also wanted to get my hair done as well. I had to wait 25 min for the nail tech to finish the hair stylist nails . In the internim i couldn’t get my hair done there was no other stylist. I went there at 10:30 am i left at 2 something n the only thing done was my hair n feet n half of my nails . She was so rude that I didn’t even want her to finish . I told her before she put the acrylic on that it was to short . I said I want it as short as her (nail tech) nails if I can’t figure it out from the picture . She said okay n begin to cut. I said it’s still to long please make it short. She said once she put the acrylic on she will file it more she need it long to do the coffin shape . She the expert I said okay. Once the acrylic on n she finish filling I told her it’s still to long . She said well you told me it’s okay ….. And it went down hill from there. Very unprofessional. It was my second time there . I will not be returning . Only recommend if ur bilingual
