First and foremost, I love the owner! Amanda makes sure you feel at home with her and the staff. The first thing I noticed was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. And then I discussed with one of their certified nurse practitioners, to go through my medical history, including the requisite pre-treatment questions about my skin, medications I’m taking, if I’ve had any other office-based treatments lately, etc. And then also talked about my skincare routine. So for me, this is a major plus, especially for someone new to all of skincare self-care routines and best practices! Wow! They are so personable making you feel so welcome. They run a business that epitomizes 5-Star Customer Service. It is easy to see that this spa’s primary concern is the genuine connection with its customers. It is so nice to visit a business that actually puts people first. Great location and VERY clean. Two days ago I dropped into Mordern Skin, after a facial gone wrong. I called Monday morning with my skin in shambles. I asked if they could accommodate me as I have a photoshoot this coming weekend and I need to look my very best. Their front desk informed me they were jam packed the rest of this week, but given the circumstances they would be accomodating. Never in my life have I had an elite medspa be “accommodating.” They stayed late just for me! I went in and I was seen by Amanda the medical aesthetician! Let me tell you she had the hands of a goddess, this was the most positive results a facial has ever given me! It’s two days later and redness in my face is COMPLETELY gone plus my acne scars are faded. I will be seeing her every two weeks from now on! Thank you Amanda!
