Abby was SERIOUSLY the absolute best! She had the best customer service and I can’t wait to go back and see her for another haircut. She was so detailed and took her time and perfected the cut! She even explained exactly what she was doing when she was styling to make sure I am able to recreate it at home. She didn’t push products, but I still bought some! Amaya was amazing! She always listens to the details of what I’m looking for and can quickly decide how she plans to get my hair where I want it. She also explains what she’s doing and the products she’s using which keeps us on the same page and sparks my interest to buy the products I like at the end of the service. We have great conversations and also nice pauses for relaxing, like at the shampoo bowl. I’m so happy with my hair and look forward to seeing her for my next service!
