I’ve had some pretty bad haircuts in my life but this one from Modern Salon Phillips Place takes the cake! My stylist, Aubrey, was really nice but couldn’t cut hair! Didn’t listen to a word I said. First, I was deeply opposed to layers (even long ones) to my hair. I explained to him before he even shampooed my hair, what I wanted done; NO LAYERS! He started cutting my hair in layers then acted surprised when I said I didn’t want them! Omg! My hair is uneven and looks worse than when I walked into the salon!! Tried to call the manager several times and no one will return my call! Highly disappointed!!
