Instant confidence boost. Nina is a super ninja Jedi level master. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and every time I’m walking out looking better than ever every single time. I listen to her recommendation and she listens to my desired look, then combines its and make me look fantastic. The rest of the team is also very professional, kind and welcoming. I recommend to everyone to be patient, be ready to wait, be nice and ask nicely for Nina. Tip well and trust your hairdresser Jedi.

Nina as always is so great she is a ray of sunshine. I hope you choose to come here because people like her deserve to be rewarded for being good for goodness sake. She asked and reviewed how my mother wanted her hair cut and the length and entertained my mother’s questioning about her personal life and how embarrassing it was to me but she smiled and laughed and she is a great girl.

I had a terrible color here many years ago. I still don’t trust them for color but I got a great cut from Nina. Only bad part was the owner was not wearing her mask. I asked her why she wasn’t wearing it and she sheepishly said she had a hard time breathing. I let her know that was not acceptable and she put it on. Aside from that, I will go back and support this business. The majority of the staff work hard at maintaining safety standards and try to do a good job at cuts. I do have a friend that has gotten good color jobs there.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in for a simple color and cut, I went in with my hair at my shoulders and not much was needed to be cut off and I colored from light brown to dark brown and they charged me 100$ for just that! Daniel got dye all over my forehead and burnt me several time with the darn blow dryer! It’s a good salon but not all the stylists are good! I can and have dealt with socially awkward stylists more than once. But when your stylist makes you feel so bad about yourself that you would rather jump out of your seat in the first 15 than stay it’s a whole new level. I’m not here to teach anyone customer service skills and I’m done paying to feel bad about myself. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of service because if so I would happily continue going here forever. Luckily, there’s millions of stylists out there who won’t triple book appointments and then make you feel rushed out the door with her and an assistant doing a double dry on your hair all whilst speaking in another language and giggling above your head. Wish I could’ve stuck with this place because the color is fabulous and if customer service isn’t a deal breaker then book here.

Nina was my stylist and she was extremely patient with me (bless you Nina, my God am I picky lol) she talked to me and explained everything I needed to know from colors, styles, do’s and don’ts, hair products I mean you name it. I have been there once. I had to wait a while, but quite enjoyed myself. All the hairstylists work together in harmony. There is a lot of activity going on, but it never got overly loud like at other salons I’ve been to. When the owner showed up (which is who I scheduled with), there were 3 other customers ahead of me. It took maybe 20 minutes before he was working on cutting my hair! I couldn’t believe it. Even though you might have multiple stylists working on coloring your hair, there is only the person you wanted to cut your hair. I will be returning tonight and can’t wait to see what they do to my hair this time. Oh! And they did my son and daughter’s hair and they have never had a hair cut done so well before!

I visited this salon in December. I got color and highlights done by Jennifer she did an awesome job. I’ve been wanting to go back to get my hair done again but she no longer work there so when I called I asked can they still do the same color that was done before, the receptionist says yes they can work on your color and highlights .When I went today the hairstylist Lynn was telling me it’s gonna look good when I’m done and I I believed her , but when she was done I was very disappointed, she keep trying to confuse me with colors . I felt that she didn’t want to do the same work that was done by Jennifer.I was in tears my hair look terrible 4 deferent colors .My roots were black and half my hair highlights yellow orange and blonde. I thought I was going to place with professional hairstylist and she didn’t know what she was doing to my hair I think she was upset because I was trying to tell her can she do the same Color that was done in the past. Bad experience I will never go back again .
