Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI feel like I found a hidden gem. I am blown away by the Modern Salon and the services I received. I initially just went for a consultation for a haircut/color. After meeting with Manny, explaining what I want and getting my quote I decided to give them a try and I was NOT disappointed! The entire salon staff was extremely professional, attentive and kind!The salon itself is very nice, clean and professional. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful.From start to finish I was in and out in 2 hours for a cut and color with roots/bayalage. Usually its closer to 3 hours at previous salons and I don’t get nearly as much attention!You MUST go to the Modern salon for all your hair services, you will not be disappointed. Manny and his staff are all incredibly talented and kind.The best part is you don’t even have to wait weeks to get in, I got in the same day without making an appointment in advance! A high quality salon that takes walk ins is practically unheard of. I feel like I found a hidden gem. I am blown away by the Modern Salon and the services I received. I initially just went for a consultation for a haircut/color. After meeting with Manny, explaining what I want and getting my quote I decided to give them a try and I was NOT disappointed! The entire salon staff was extremely professional, attentive and kind!

Critical: Quality, ValueI understand that there is a rise in price for products, but not giving someone (an 11 yr old girl) what they are asking for because you want to not use your product is not acceptable! Took my daughter in to get pink magenta color in her hair and was told they could do it. Apparently not because it was never the color she asked for and after 1 wash it’s orange. Charging 140 for color that doesn’t withstand a wash is ridiculous.
