Critical: Professionalism, ValueStay away if you have ethnic hair, when I first walked in I was greeted in Spanish when I simply said I wanted a haircut it confused the girl she had to get another person, while they were getting a person to speak English to me, because I did not know how to describe what I wanted in Spanish I was asked by another stylist “why I don’t speak Spanish?” Then when the person that was going to actually take my appointment comes up to the counter, she gives me a face and looks at me. She tells me I have “special kind” of hair she actually did not know how to say the words in English, and she might have one person that can do my hair in the whole salon. So apparently out of all the stylists that are listed on the website no one can cut super curly hair according to her . As you can see by the picture I have super curly hair it’s not thick it’s not very ethnic- I am a mixed race.When you call no one picks up, to ask them about their stylist. And no I was not given an option as to who I wanted I was told who could possibly do my special type of hair. Then I was instructed to AirDrop not only pictures of myself and my hair and the haircut that I would like which is just a trim, to the cashier and then the cashier would ask if the stylus could do me. I went ahead and made an appointment, so I would have all their information. With no intention of ever getting my hair done here. I’ve never been so discriminated against I walked into several salons of all ethnics and yes they can cut my hair. It’s not hard I went home and I did it myself I save money.The outside does not even say the title of the hair place it says something else I believe this is privately owned. They did have a confirmation text message, but you cannot reply to it so you cannot cancel your appointment and they do not pick up the phone. That’s very unfortunate it waste peoples times especially the stylist if there’s no way to cancel.
