BOTTON LINE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Horribly Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Make no attempts to fix mistakes. I go there because it’s right by my work but I’ll drive 100 miles of it means never going here again. It’s always some bad there. Like my gel polish peeling off in one day but this last time I left bleeding. Wrong color because she couldn’t “find a brown” no design because it took 3 hours just to add the nails and apply the polish. They say they will fix it on another day BUT then because I don’t have availability to come back in within 3 days they “actually can’t fix it”. I told her I’m leaving for vacation. I won’t be here to get it fixed with 3 days. She say oh well nothing we can do!

I always come here when in LA. Never a bad day. Very kind and attentive people. Spotless service. The nail technicians are truly artists (Thank you Alvin). Kardashians picked this place for a reason. And don’t bother reading the negative reviews as they are reflecting sentiments towards the famous family and not the salon itself. I lost a nail! Like my real nail. My nails are short and I go in for a simple gel manicure. They use a drill to remove the polish on my natural nail. She drilled down so far into my nail and it was so painful. I looked and it was red and irritated, but she did the same thing to the next nail. That first nail was drilled down so far that skin was hit. This was three months ago and it’s still breaking off as it tried to grow out. It’s now almost all the way detached.
