I’ve gone there a few times and the service was pretty good in person, they always did a great job and also helped me find reference photos for what I was describing. However I felt like I wasn’t periodized or thought about when it came to my schedule. I’ve gone there like 4 or 5 times and only one of those times they didn’t push up my appointment, and the only reason its ever been moved up is because the stylist wanted to leave early. So if you don’t have a flexible schedule or you want them to be considerate of you’re time then I don’t suggest here .

I went for a haircut for the first time in almost a year after growing out a pixie. Rebecca was my stylist and was so nice in talking with me about what I wanted. My cut is fantastic and while I would’ve settled for “slightly less awful” (anyone who’s grown out a pixie will know), she gave me something I love exactly as it is! I’ll definitely be back. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a salon. I found MOSS and saw it had amazing reviews. I had to try it out- I had the absolute best experience with Rachael today! She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I’m pretty picky with my blonde highlights but she produced EXACTLY what I was looking for…and her scalp massages were definitely the cherry on top! I’m happy to have found my new go-to girl!

First visit to any salon for 18 months. MOSS staff are friendly & knowledgeable. My hair wasn’t healthy enough for a perm and they weren’t afraid to express it. Maddy gave me solutions & options, all of which I could achieve or consider. Now, months later, my hair is healthier and I’m pleased with the progress. MOSS is a wonderful find.

MOSH is the best! Once you walk in you meet the staff with greeting smiles. I got my hair straightened and was skeptic about it initially until Amanda helped me out. She is a very nice person to talk to and very down to earth. Rachel was my stylist, she is lovely and has a charming smile. She was very patient with my hair(my hair was all frizzy) and I loved the conversation with her. When got out of this salon with my new straightened hair, I just loved loved myself. I got so many compliments as well. Love this salon and the service.

Love coming here! Heather Nelson does a great job with my highlights and cuts and always takes pride in her work. She listens to what you want and combines it with what would look best for your hair type and coloring. The new owner is great. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Other stylists there are friendly and talented. They have a great selection of products to purchase if you want as well. Highly recommend MOSS and Heather!
