First time coming here and will definitely be coming back. I wanted a little Mickey Mouse for a Disney trip I’m going on and he did an amazing job! I forgot to catch his name but i think he’s the owner. SO friendly, pays really good attention to detail(better than any other nail salon I’ve been to in whatcom) and was so sweet to my kiddo. 5 stars!
