I will never go again! Many years ago I use to go to this nail salon and also took my girls with me and would refer friends, but not anymore. I told the nail tech guy that I did not like how he did my French tip and he seemed irritated that I let him know that. He rushed through my nail job and pedicure. I usually go to Royal Nail and spa on Bear Valley in Victorville, but because it was so late in the day decided to just go there really quick. Worst decision ever because their service sucks. I remembered exactly why I stopped going to that nail salon. Also there is not a price list posted so they quote you whatever they want. Don’t go here anymore until they correct the customer service issues and post their prices.

I added the red-ish color after I got it in the mail. The shop is clean, spacious, and Helen is the best. I haven’t went to the other ladies and that wouldn’t happen anyway lol. Great shop and worth the time going in.

Critical: Quality, ValueDriving up from Orange County, on my way to Vegas did not have time to go to my nail spot. First off I could not believe they wanted to charge $30.00 for a gelish polish manicure. So I decided to just get a basic manicure and pedicure how does a basic mani pedi come out to $39.00? She said the Mani was $15.00 she charged me $24.00 for a Pedicure! Worst part is it looked like I painted my nails myself, she did not buff my nails at all so it was not smooth. Utterly unhappy. Driving up from Orange County, on my way to Vegas did not have time to go to my nail spot. First off I could not believe they wanted to charge $30.00 for a gelish polish manicure. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDo not waste your time or money! We went today at around 2 p.m and received Absolutely the worst service. They could not even acknowledge the simplest request (such as water be scalding hot) even after blatantly ignoring you the first 3 times. They’re very rough with your nails and you risk ruining your cuticles with their carelessness. We decided to leave before going further as the employees were very rude and rough. We drove to a recommended nail salon in Hesperia on Main St. called Fashion Nails. Great quality, service, and price! Do not waste your time or money! We went today at around 2 p.m and received Absolutely the worst service. They could not even acknowledge the simplest request (such as water be scalding hot) even after blatantly ignoring you the first 3 times. They’re very rough with your nails and you risk ruining your cuticles with their carelessness. We decided to leave before going further as the employees were very rude and rough. My nails came out amazing hands down, but I feel like she was rushing me out of the chair. All my nails aren’t the same shape and some are crooked. If she would take her time and pay attention to detail it would have been fine. My cousin had a bad experience as it was her first time getting her nails done and the lady kept pulling her hand super hard. Design was amazing. Might consider coming back

I have no idea how anyone could give this place 5 stars. They’re service was terrible. They wanted to add things I didn’t want and when I said no thank you, they became rude and rough with my nails. Weirdly enough, I asked for a tip to be put in my toe so they last longer (which would be extra) and they literally refused to do it. They did an acrylic overlay but would not use a nail tip. On top of their rudeness My finger nails were so thin, a couple of them broke off the same day. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I hope something is done right after fix their issues. People spend what money they have, when they can, to pamper themselves just to get robbed. Mine and my daughters nails were trashed. I’d rather spend an extra few bucks and have them do their job, than to save money and their work be trash.

Horrible nail job paid 111 just to go somewhere else which was across the st so they could fix thenm helen was so rude int wS by far the worst experience…I should have never paid should have just made them take the nails off cause I had to pay someone else to redo them I’d go across the way to s&m nails very polite an Victor did my nails fantastic..modern Nails bad verybad.i would give 0 stars put in order to post I have to put at least 1 star
