I have been getting my nails done professionally for years. I came in from out of state hoping to get a nice full set w one color as a first time customer at this business establishment. First the thumb nail was not the right size. It was too small. I informed the nail tech “David” as he told me refer to him, how to situate the thumb nail to cover more surface area. The tech disregarded that info and continued with the nails. I literally had to explain how the nail would break in a matter of days if he built up the acrylic just to cover the nail surface area. So he chose a different size nail. David wasn’t very happy that he had to fix the issue. After getting the correct size nail tips David proceeded w the “full set”. After putting on acrylic David filed the sides of nails but did not buff them at all. So needless to say once he applied the polish you could feel and see the sloppy acrylic application. There was acrylic over flow under my nail. I ask the tech to remove it and he just filed the side a little more, filing the polish off the side of my nail. I paid $57 for this horrible full set. I asked for the manager to see if he could file off the acrylic over spill and he said he wasn’t doing anything to my nails bc I was being difficult. They talk over you and won’t listen but when you finally get them to listen them they act like they don’t understand English. I understand “living the American dream” but In my own personal opinion I think the American govt should req individual to be fluent in English and use it as a first language if one is going to operate a business in America.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came into the salon after the new owners took over, got an ombré overlay on my real nails. After doing the ombré, they proceeded to shave off my real nail underneath the acrylic, leaving me with no nails after a long journey of growing them out. Then tried to overcharge me. I came back today to get them off and to get gel polish on my realNails and the older lady who worked here with previous owners came upTo me and said they were”too busy” to do myNails. And to come back later. So I looked around and there was ONE person in there getting a pedicure and three-four workers just sitting on their phones. And she was very rude to me. I’d proceeded to ask when I should come back and she said they’d be too busy all day today which they take walk ins here. I left, got in my car and called the salon and they said they were not busy to come in so I go back inside and the younger male proceeded to tell me that my expectations wereToo high?! How is that even a thing? I just wanted the overlay taken off and gelPolish on my real nails?! I’ve never been treated so poorly at a salon before. Mind you, they destroyed myNatural nails and I had cut up cuticles after coming here the last time that had scabbed over and were sore for days.This place is a JOKE.
