The guy is nice who owns it, and so is his wife. The lady that works at the end does a horrible job. If you get dip, it’s cracking by the end of the day. They have to put like 3 layers of gel polish on your nails because their colors are so watered down. The black is basically see through. I got my nails done and they are so thick because they had to do so many layers. They aren’t very kid friendly either. They just aren’t really a “specialize in nails” kind of nail

I got charged $50 for overlay and shelliac polish on my real nails. I didn’t get my real nails extended. I didn’t get a manicure or a cuticle cut with this. Yet I was charged this ridiculous price for acrylic powder and polish. Never will come back.

The staff is VERY friendly and the inside is so clean and has a fancy feel. They also have wine and water available. They were busy with a lot of regulars (implying people like the work they do), but had a lot of staff working, so no one waited longer than 5-10 minutes. Absolute BEST pedicure! They spend a lot of time on the massage, which is wonderful! The staff is VERY friendly and the inside is so clean and has a fancy feel. They also have wine and water available. They were busy with a lot of regulars (implying people like the work they do), but had a lot of staff working, so no one waited longer than 5-10 minutes. I went there Sunday got a full set of nails pay $35 by Tuesday I went to tie my shoes five of my nails pop right off don’t waste your money nor your time it’s not worth it they don’t have all the colors that you would think they should have they don’t know how to do design nail designs like you’re supposed to be a nail shop how you do not know how to do nail designs or you don’t have the simple color black it’s not worth any of the money they don’t take their time they do a rush job and the nails don’t last their service sucks

I’ve used this place a couple of times and this last time will be the last time ago. My nails come out crooked, The edges of my acrylics snag up by my cuticles and I got rushed because a customer came in and only had 2 hours before her flight left to so the rest of my procedure got rushed.This happens frequently here whether you have an appointment or not. This was a Wednesday early afternoon they weren’t even busy. Just poor customer service.

Critical: Quality, ValueSuper disappointed in my shellac manicure. By the 4th day (yesterday), it was lifting on multiple nails. I was able to peel it off each and every nail with such ease and this should not be the case with shellac… obviously not done right. So now I’m going to another salon today to get it done correctly. I’ve used this place exclusively for the last 2 yrs. Franklin and Jenny are 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, they are always welcoming and the salon is super nice and clean. You can make an appt, but you don’t have to, and you won’t have to wait more than a few minutes most times.
