Thick and bumpy. Left with very messy nails, messy around the nails with dip powder and polish all on my fingers where the nail meets the skin. Dip bled all onto the skin of my fingers. Did not use a fresh pack of cuticle clippers, no clean files, no clean buffers, no use of a fresh clean drill tip. I wanted a thin layer to keep my natural nails from breaking and got a very thick dip set. My dip is basically attached to the skin of my fingers.

Critical: QualityThis was my second time going the first time I love it!! This last time I did not he cut the top of my nail and it started bleeding so he put some stuff on it and it burned I thought it would go away but sadly it did not and became infected.

Critical: Quality, ValueCindy was the nail tech I had. When removing my old nails she was not careful of my real nail and my nail bed. She also did not clean the extra acrylic from the sides of my nails. My nails were to wide and did not match my natural nails. My cuticles were “burned” from the drill. Over all not a satisfying experience. Very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI got there 5 minutes before 2 other girls, they let one of the girls skip me in line bc she must have been a regular, I waited 20 mins after the first girl before they started working on my nails. The nail tech did not say a word to me the whole time, she put on the tips on the MIDDLE of my nail bed then without any explanation got up immediately and checked the register, the sign-in book then sat the 2nd girl and started taking her polish off. I had been in there for 45 minutes and had only gotten the tips put on, so I left. There was 5 workers there and neither one took time to even ask me what I was getting today. And they only had 2 customers. They were on their iPad laughing. I left and went to another nail shop. The owner misunderstood me saying “shellac” and thought I said “healthy nail”. When I told him I wanted a shellac he got huffy, handed me the nail colors and shook his leg so hard the table was shaking until I picked a color. He filed my nails so close to the quick that it burned. And he didn’t even clean my cuticles. I basically paid to have my nails filed too short and painted. I got nothing else. I will never return. Oh, and their credit card machine doesn’t work. But they don’t tell you until you are paying. Bring cash!

I’m in town visiting family and my daughter needed a quick nail repair. The nail tech was rude and rough on my daughter. He filed her nail to the point of leaving cuts on both sides of her nail. He didn’t even apply an antiseptic. He wanted his money and us out;practically snatched the money out of her hands while she was counting it. Another nail tech (possibly the owner) applied antiseptic and apologized. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
