I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The gel manicure did not even last a week. My pedicure is fine. I will say that the staff was excellent- very kind and friendly. I have gone to this place for a long time never having any problems. Always being greeted by the staff. Today was different my friend and I went to get our nails done I got my usual acrylic with the special nail polish my friend the dip. My friend couldn’t find what she wanted for color and couldn’t get the design she wanted. Also I had to go to a different person I normally go to and she was rough. I told her but it continued. This made me not want to come anymore. It will be awhile.

It was my first time here and I was impressed. Very sanitary, nice massage chairs and they offered snacks! I had Kiki and she gave me excellent customer service. I got a gel pedicure, which was painted very nicely, not sloppy nor thick and the service came with the sugar scrub for your legs, oil and then lotion massages plus hot stones! Service was done within 45 minutes and I was on time for work. It has been 3 weeks since my service was done and my pedicure still looks awesome. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went last Thursday and by Sunday I had 2 chips in my gel manicure. When I went to book the pedicure, I mentioned it in the notes. When I arrived today, they offered right away to fix the chips – which ended up being 4 instead of 2 – I hadn’t noticed 2 other very samll chips. She fixed everything, and added an extra top coat, then gave me an awesome pedicure and didn’t charge for the repairs!
