Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been getting my nails for a long time and I can definitely say they are very rude and completely unprofessional. I always get dip with design and mine starting chipping not even 3 days after I got it done. I asked if they could fix it and they wanted to charge me extra even though this was their fault. I have been getting my nails for a long time and I can definitely say they are very rude and completely unprofessional. I always get dip with design and mine starting chipping not even 3 days after I got it done. I asked if they could fix it and they wanted to charge me extra even though this was their fault. I’ve been to many salons and this one has been my favorite! They really take their time and give you their undivided attention! I felt truly pampered and relaxed, so much so I could have fallen asleep! I came in for a pedicure and received a lovely spa like service! I was so pleased I opted for a matching gel manicure and she was extremely thorough! I’ve been to many salons and this one has been my favorite! They really take their time and give you their undivided attention! I felt truly pampered and relaxed, so much so I could have fallen asleep! I will definitely be visiting regularly and recommend you do too!!!

Critical: Punctuality, ValuePaid 65.00 for the top spa pedicure and explained when I made the appointment I needed my calluses worked on particularly. First off, I was on time for my appointment but the technician was 19 minutes late, while I sat in the chair with my feet in the lukewarm water. Then I explained the callus thing again and long story short, she barely touched them and used the LIGHTEST touch I’ve ever had during a spa pedicure, I asked for more pressure and a nod apparently means no, as the touch remained the same. I got through it but will not be returning as I expected a professional spa pedicure by a grown-up and did not get it. My uncomfortableness was obvious throughout but no one seems to care. Maybe great for nails and stuff but not the “spa pedicure” treatment I expected. The staff was very friendly and they had the largest nail color selection I have ever seen Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable there! Safe to say this is my new favorite nail place and I would highly recommend it
