Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was nervous trying a new place because of the 3.9 stars, but these people must be crazy. Van did such an awesome basic pedicure. I’m always nervous with new people because one time, in the Orange Park mall years ago, a girl cut me THREE TIMES doing a basic manicure and polish with clippers. I’ve been in so many salons that weren’t relaxing, the employees talked trash in a different language obviously mad, etc etc. None of that is here. It’s quiet. The people are friendly. Van did an amazing foot massage. Didn’t make me bleed or even cause any burning. It was reasonably priced. I was nervous trying a new place because of the 3.9 stars, but these people must be crazy. Van did such an awesome basic pedicure. I’m always nervous with new people because one time, in the Orange Park mall years ago, a girl cut me THREE TIMES doing a basic manicure and polish with clippers. Critical: QualityWorst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Guy that did it had no clue how to apply polish. There was polish on my fingers, polish missing on most nails, cuticles not trimmed correctly, clumps on my thumb nails. Pedicure was almost as bad. 2nd time going, will not be back!

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been here before a couple of times, the second time I was not satisfied but this third time was horrible. I got my nails done at another salon not even two weeks ago and they did an amazing job. I get a simple square shape acrylic nail with basic gel polish, no design or jewels. I had an appt for 4:45pm. I did not leave until 7:45 pm FOR A FILL. I live 45 minutes away from this salon and after working an 8 hour shift I am very upset about this. I pointed out TWO nails that had a big space between my cuticle and the nail that had no acrylic (the normal area that gets filled on the nail). Now I noticed this after he painted my nails (I felt bad). He had to take my polish off and then add more acrylic basically starting this process all over again. He ended taking all of my polish off both hands and started packing on chunks of acrylic on all of my nails that was so thick that it would take ages to file down. I’m sure he was doing it intentionally because he did not look happy. At this point I never was nasty or rude at all, I just wanted a simple fill and to take my 45 minute ride home to my kids because it was now at the time 6:45 (we are two hours into this). So he proceeds to keep piling the acrylic on layer after layer, covering my skin with it. Another worker whom is very sweet ended up having to take over for him and I felt so bad for her because she had to file away for another HOUR at my nails just to get all of the excess acrylic off and to not make my nail look like it had thick layers of acrylic on it. As she is working aimlessly the other man just walked by non chalantly as if there were no issue. By then it’s 7:45, my nails look terrible, my skin is burning from them constantly filing around it and pushing my skin away from all of the acrylic piled on it. She wanted to add polish I told her no thank you I need to get home to my children, they charged me $22 (they fixed one broken nail). I will not be returning to this salon ever again.
