Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here last week with a friend of mine to get our nails done. my friend was moved from chair to chair and they did not disinfect anything that we touched. I got the male tech. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I mentioned that I normally get ballerina shaped nails and he thought I meant stiletto and started to tell me that it wasn’t a strong shape and that I should do coffin instead. he just glued the tips on without properly fitting them to my nail. When I asked him to go shorter, he said that when we file it later that it will get to the length I want, it did not. He kept yanking my hand and scolded me for moving my arms away from him when I didn’t move. Then he kept filing the top of my natural nail until it started to get burn and filed my skin. When he put the acrylic it was so runny and he took so long on each nail, acrylic was getting all over him and me. He grabbed a file that already looked used and started to file them before they even dried all the way so it got worse. Then when he realized that there was acrylic on his hand, he used the already dirty file to FILE HIS HAND and then USE IT ON ME! He pushed and cut my cuticles AFTER finishing the set, they look so ugly and grown out now When we got to the gel polish he didn’t put even coat on my nails and got very upset with me because he had to touch up the polish after I accidentally hit my hand on the station. He started to accuse me of not placing my hand where it should be in the UV light even though he never turned it on. The polish is so uneven and he had me rub the cuticle oil myself! Not to mention my regular set of acrylic nails took an HOUR AND A HALF. I never get anything special for my nails and they have never taken this long before. My friend got SNS and she finished before me.
