It’s always a pleasure to be serviced by nail technician . She’s very attentive and knows what services I like. The shop is always clean and tidy and follows Covid protocols. There’s great variety colour and hues of all colors. My appointments are always pampering with professional & punctual service. I have been a regular customer at this salon for over 3 years and each and every experience is awesome. My husband also gets his manicures and pedicures here as well

I went to the shop about a week ago and three of my nails have already popped off. I don’t do anything strenuous. I work at a medical desk all day. My nails shouldn’t be popping off. They did a rush job on me.They over charged my friend for her gel paint. Would never go there again.

They were nice and friendly. However I asked for help to find my desired colors with no help from the staff( on my way out I found exactly what I showed the tech and he claimed they didn’t have them )They pushed incorrect colors so I said F it just do all white then. One hand is fine the other has bumps on the nails and not very cleanly filed. I paid and tipped well but I refuse to ever go back. Hard to see in pics but they DEFINITELY NOT Instagram worthy in any case.

They charged me $200 for short nails + the pedicure. Left with 2 loose toenails. How are you gonna charge $200 for short nails???? They be getting over on black people. Just be throwing any price together knowing it doesn’t cost that much. The staff is very rude & racist. Helen’s rude & UPCHARGES the men also UPCHARGE but The one with the ugly pink church dress that she wears all the time is the one that’s always up upcharging people THE MOST. it seems they only give special treatment to non blacks. It’s sad & ridiculous . I will not be going back. Gave me a pedicure and didn’t even scrub my legs or give me the full treatment, also tried to charge me for wine that comes with the service. Doesn’t disinfect their equipment or chairs. Talks about you in their language. If you’re black please don’t go to this shop. I would prefer a black nail tech if anything or somebody that actually cares about their customers and that’s fair. There’s way too many upscale nail techs that know what they’re doing then to be dealing with this SCAM of a place. Definitely will be reporting this place to BBB

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNail price was inexpensive. I showed a picture for how I wanted my coffin shape because I like them more like “champagne flute” and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Extremely friendly, and very gentle readjusted my hand when I got tense. Definitely going back!

Okay so honestly I only went to them only because my regular place was under staffed and it was such a subpar experience. I was charged for a foot massage and got just some lotion rubbed on me, other place had got oil massage that was extended. If you’re looking for something that isn’t quality but fast look here otherwise, it’s a waste. Not relaxing at all.
