Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualitySo I started going here a little over a month ago and every single time I’ve been in it has been clean the environment is very calming. I appreciate all the wide variety of colors they have and not to mention how talented each of their techs are. I also took my little sister here a little while back she’s never had acrylics or anything like this before and the entire time they talk to her insured her that everything was okay even though she was worried about the Dremel our stylist at that time her name is Lee was so patient kind and helpful for her. Lee remembered my sister almost 2 months after the fact of her first coming in and asked me about her today I was so impressed with this I look forward to coming here every so often and enjoying my time 10 out of 10 would recommend. So I started going here a little over a month ago and every single time I’ve been in it has been clean the environment is very calming. I appreciate all the wide variety of colors they have and not to mention how talented each of their techs are. Since I prefer having my nails soak in acetone and then drilled off, my nail tech accommodated my request and shaped my natural nails perfectly! All of the nail techs were very nice. Great experience and I will be back for sure

The dip powered manicures are legit. They actually clean/trim your cuticles unlike many places that just start buffing your nails with no cuticle care before or afterwards. The salon was super clean and new. The employees are constantly cleaning while I was there. Through the years of going to various nail salons in Geneva and Philadelphia, this is the best one I have been to out of all of them. The dip powered manicures are legit. They actually clean/trim your cuticles unlike many places that just start buffing your nails with no cuticle care before or afterwards. The salon was super clean and new. The employees are constantly cleaning while I was there. I wished I didn’t live so far or this would be my regular spot, until then I’ll be sure to go here whenever I’m up visiting family.

Critical: Quality, ValueI treated my mother and myself to a girls day. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The very next day 9 of 10 fingernails had chipped. For the luxury experience, the staff was nice and struck up a conversation with us. My mom felt at ease and we enjoyed our girls day. However, the poor quality of the polish application can’t outweigh the $105 I spent for 1 mani and 2 pedi. I treated my mother and myself to a girls day. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The very next day 9 of 10 fingernails had chipped. For the luxury experience, the staff was nice and struck up a conversation with us. My mom felt at ease and we enjoyed our girls day. Doesn’t speak to u, just talks to her other employees, and she barely pays attention to what she’s doing. All of my nails were the same size aceyilic, and she shaped them all differently.
