Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI started going there two months ago because I absolutely love the work they do. I’d like to share my experience from yesterday. When I walked in some lunatic was yelling at one of the girls over the phone I could hear her from the phone and I was ten feet away. Young girl (Misty) was patient throughout the conversation while she offered the horrible customer options. When she got off the phone she proceeded to help me. A few minutes later that customer walked in still yelling at the girls and specifically wanting Misty to help her. Misty was in the middle of doing my new set and asked the customer kindly to please wait while she finished my nails or someone else would be happy to help. The lunatic customer yells that they need to do her nails like they do in her country? then puts her hands on top of mine to get Mistys attention! I was furious!!!! I told her she had to step back and she was upset that Misty didn’t stand up for her. What goes on through people’s head!!! I could tell Misty was thrown aback and yet she still managed to take her time with me and made my nails look gorgeous. It saddens me to see how these girls can be treated when they do their best everyday. And even when their best isn’t the best it does not give anyone the right to treat hard working people like that. I started going there two months ago because I absolutely love the work they do. I’d like to share my experience from yesterday. When I walked in some lunatic was yelling at one of the girls over the phone I could hear her from the phone and I was ten feet away. Young girl (Misty) was patient throughout the conversation while she offered the horrible customer options. When she got off the phone she proceeded to help me.
