Felt they were in a rush, my nails are streaky and bumpy. They removed my previous gel coat with a dremel and made my nails so thin that they basically broke off when i soaked them in hot water. I felt the heat on my nail beds and slight pain from the dremel. My nail shape is completely uneven, I asked for square shape. The cuticle area is stained with polish and looks like a kid painted them. This is my 2nd time coming and the first time was similar but I thought maybe it was just a bad nail tech. Also it feels weird when they talk in their own language then all of a sudden all the nail techs look at one particular person, I just hope they’re not talking about anyone. Would never go back again. It is a nice looking salon and clean place though

It’s clean and that’s important. The staff is nice enough, but in the 18 months I’ve lived here, I’ve never had an amazing experience or a better than sub-par foot massage with my $55 pedicure. But honestly I’ve tried all the other salons and this is the cleanest, so that’s why I keep returning.

Very expensive for nothing and I also had to wait half an hour. I had the appointment at 4 and they started at 4:30. I paid $ 99 for deep powder and normal pedicures. I paid that same price 3 weeks ago in Glendale and they did design on my hands and gel on my feet.

I moved to Yucaipa a few months ago and have now had both a manicure (gel with design) and a pedicure from Modern Nails & Spa, and I can’t recommend highly enough. Their staff is skilled and professional and I’ve gotten many compliments on their work. I’ve found my new nail place!

First time and last time at this place. My adult daughter and I came here for a basic mani/pedi, she got a gel pedi and I got eye brow waxing, total of our bill was $130 which was a bit much for the type of service we received. They open at 9am and all staff came in exactly at 9am, most professional businesses will have staff arrive a little earlier so they can already be set up and prepared for their first clients. The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all, no Hi, no welcome or anything. The front desk person had zero personality and in my opinion should not be the first person of contact with that type of personality. We both felt very rushed by our nail tech, no one wants to come to a place where they want to feel relaxed and get pampered only to feel rushed especially when the services aren’t cheap. I won’t recommend this place to anyone unless they become more professional and get friendlier staff. I should have read the reviews first.

They get your card for payment, during your services, and you don’t see the receipt. They just ask you to pay. They sitted those women first and then tried to sit my daughter and I apart for our pedicures. They started working on everyone EXCEPT my daughter. An hour later, as my lady finished my nails, she finally started working on my daughter. I would NOT recommend this place. They ignored her. Made her feel like she wasn’t important. They sitted those women first and then tried to sit my daughter and I apart for our pedicures. They started working on everyone EXCEPT my daughter. An hour later, as my lady finished my nails, she finally started working on my daughter. I would NOT recommend this place. They ignored her. Made her feel like she wasn’t important.
