Do not go here. They made all my mother, sister, and I bleed during our pedicures. They cut my sisters toe nails so short past the wick! She ended up with a fungal infection and LOST HER TOENAIL in a very painful way. Her toes swelled, the nail turned green, and a podiatrist had to remove it. I am assuming this was caused by unclean equipment! Literally traumatized from this event idk if I can ever go to a nail salon ever again

I understand I arrived as a walk in to the salon just a few minutes after opening their doors, but all I wanted was to remove my gel polish. I was told they’re booked and was not offered another time to come back or anything. It was almost as if the service wasn’t going to make them money and it was an inconvenience.

Hannah and Sydney is always laughing while I came here always, these two are not nice people they spoke Chinese, Hannah is kinda strick the way she spoke to me she just new this place like two years , compared the old employee here. I rate this place is 1 star only.I been here in modern nails for 8 year’s but these two girls are different…..not happy at all.

Went in and asked if they accepted walk ins and the lady says “yes, what did I need” so i said a pedicure and manicure and she then says “oh no, not today. Sorry we’re too busy.” Why did she say yes and ask what I needed in the first place? Anyhow after reading the reviews and seeing people going to the doctors after a visit here, I am glad they said “not today”.

I was visiting Fernley. Had nails filled. Wanted to remove pink tips and change to white. Been doing this for 30 years.what an embarrassing mess. I dont think the nail tek had done this before. I Had to ask 4 times to have more filing

Paid 50 bucks for a callus removal pedicure. The lady did not remove any calluses. She actually said that there was nothing she could do. She used the same stone I buy at walmart and use in the shower. The job she did on my wife’s toenails was horrible. The paint is streaky and she didn’t even cover the entire nail. We just got home and it looks weeks old. Will not EVER be going back. I leave a lot of reviews for places. This is by far the worst.
